I know I’ve said it before, but let me say it again…
After Mondays & Tuesdays on the road to Angers, I love me a Wednesday at home, where the longest drive I need to make is to the train station to pick up the kids after school!
That could almost be a GoodThing in itself, but there are others. Here are…
Today’s #3GoodThings
- The house was quiet this morning with everyone out and I got to enjoy silence for a bit. I’ve said it before, but this is like oxygen to me.
- A new short-story idea began percolating in my mind the other day and I took a bit of time today to give it it’s first formulation. There will be editing involved, but it’s down on paper so to speak. It’s about something as simple and lovely as a maidenhair fern.
- Tonight’s family Bible Study involved lots of good discussion around Ephesians 4 … “one Lord, one faith, one baptism” and how the idea of “my truth” and “your truth” (so prevalent in the world today) flies straight in the face of the notion that Jesus is THE way, THE truth and THE life. Great honest discussion from each of the kids.
