Today was another, for the most part, home-day (already a GoodThing!).
The kids were in school for the entire day (unlike yesterday where, because it was Wednesday, they only have a 1/2 day of school – it is like that for all French school children) meaning that drop-off & pick-up duties were a bit more spread out.

Today was a stay-at-home day… meaning simply that I don’t teach on Wednesdays (or Thursdays this semester). I did have to go out to pick the kids up from school but it was a quick trip.

Today was another road travel day to Angers. On Tuesdays I don’t leave as early as Mondays. If I can get on the road by 10:30-11:00am, I’m fine… much better than Monday’s 6:45am departure… already a #GoodThing in and of itself! 🙂

I’m one of the most negative people I know… Surprised?
This may come as a shocker … but it’s something that bothers me greatly. When in public, I try to keep it under wraps. It’s a particularly cumbersome piece of baggage to carry when you are a person of faith because we aren’t supposed to worry, fret or experience long-term negativity.
