Once upon a sunny Saturday… hard to believe that it’s the last Saturday of February as I write this.

When I originally started this #3GoodThings series, I envisioned it to be a 40-day experiment. Depending on who you ask, “they” seem to say that it takes somewhere between 30 and 40 days to build a habit – hence my initial goal.

Now, however, as I see day 40 fast approaching, I find myself wondering whether I’ll keep going or leave it at that original number. Hmmm… TBD.

The week is already half gone and while I didn’t have to drive to Angers this week (February vacation), I do still have to head down to Poitiers tomorrow (their break is next week). For this reason, I’m slowly swinging out of mini-vacation mode and thinking about what I’ll teach tomorrow.

#3GoodThings – #29

Today was perhaps the most productive “home day” I’ve had in a very long time.

I could’ve been involved in a meeting in the Paris area – in fact ideally, it would’ve been great to go – but after being up there last weekend, I just couldn’t do it. I come away from those weekends drained, (drive up Friday PM (3.5hrs), after teaching all day, teach Saturday AM, driving home Saturday, getting ready for Sunday morning then Sunday afternoon, getting ready to teach on Monday). I just couldn’t do two of those in a row.

But like I said… it was a productive home-day. Let me tell you about it…
